Sabi Akther is a distinguished accounting and finance professional, educator, and the visionary founder of Sabi Akther Academy. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for teaching, she has dedicated her career to empowering students and professionals in the field of accounting, particularly in ACCA and IFRS.

She began her academic journey with Edexcel qualifications, completing her O Level (IGCSE) in 2012 and A Level (GCE) in 2014 from Sri Lankan School Oman. Demonstrating exceptional academic excellence, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bradford UK in 2017, graduating with First Class Honours.

Sabi further advanced her professional credentials by becoming an ACCA Affiliate in 2020, where she achieved outstanding recognition as a prize winner in Advanced Financial Management (AFM) and Advanced Taxation (ATX). In 2023, she attained full ACCA Membership, solidifying her position as a highly qualified finance professional.

In the same year she became an ACCA Affiliate, Sabi launched her YouTube channel, “Sabi Akther,” with the mission of making high-quality ACCA and IFRS education accessible to a global audience. Through recorded lectures and structured guidance, she has supported countless students and professionals in achieving their academic and career goals.

As the founder of Sabi Akther Academy, Sabi Akther continues to lead with a vision of delivering excellence in accounting education, combining academic rigor with practical insights to prepare the next generation of finance professionals.
